Crazy About Gershwin? Because I certainly am after seeing that performance last night. Ok, enough with the corny jokes.

I saw the concert with Nate, Ann Marie, and Emily. We split the cost of a Student Saver Card which meant that admission was only $6.25 a head. That’s a hard price to beat for any kind of entertainment, let alone a worldclass orchestra.

Honestly, it was pretty entertaining as far as concerts go. Gershwin did have a wonderful talent to be able to write interesting and flowing melodies. And Emily tried madly to finger along throughout Rhapsody in Blue.

And no, there isn’t a “Clap Yo’ Hands” song despite what the program said.
