Ok, so the weather is undeniably beautiful outside (or at least way better than the -30 degrees), so I think it’s time to go out one of these weekends (read: this Sunday) and see a quality (ie: Oscar nominated) movie.

Movies under consideration for seeing this Sunday (Feb 22nd) would be:

• City of God
• The Fog of War

• 21 Grams

If you don’t know anything about the movies, try IMDB or Apple: Movie Trailers.

I was shooting for a matinee showing of the movies (ie: starting between 12:20 and 1:20 or so). City of God is playing at Block E in Minneapolis, the latter two are playing at the Landmark Lagoon theater in Uptown. Obviously costs would involve the movie ticket ($5-ish) and round trip bus rides.

Feel free to indicate your desire (or lack thereof) to attend this weekend and a preference for the movie. I’m sure all would be a delight to see.
